What are the benefits of being a full time employee rather than part time, other than the extra day of work?

Double the quota, but you only work 6-8 hours a week more.
Also part time employees tend to work only during busy or peak
time frames, so those extra full time hours are during slow store
times. Lots of re-stocking and ROCCs.

Thats what I was thinking too. The guys in my store seem to have it made. They work the peak hours and have easy quotas.
