Voice Command Gone Crazy

I don't know what happened but now my voice command has gone crazy. It used to be if a contact has multiple of numbers under the name, voice command would ask which number to dial, but now on every other one it just dial the first number in the contacts list of numbers.

I might have to exchange out the phone, but I was hoping someone can figure out how to correct this. Master Reset and Clear has been done...
