hey guys, do you know if cingular would change a plan and not require to add contract?
im out of contract but would like to drop to a less expensive plan without adding a new contract.

It depends on who you talk to. Official policy states that a new contract must be set but that doesn't mean it happens (more often than not a contract extension doesn't occur).
