Cingular Video Not Working With Blackjack and V3xx!?

I have a Blackjack and a V3xx and Cingular Video has stopped working with both. I have spent a couple of hours on the phone with Cingular and a couple more in a local Cingular Corporate store and nobody can get it to work. We tried it with three Blackjacks, three V3xx, and three SIM cards. No combinations worked. They opened a ticket in their Advanced Network Support group but this is really ticking me off at this point. To make matters worse, we tried CV with a Samsung Sync, a LG CU400, and an LG CU500 and it worked with them. Anybody else having problems with CV on their Blackjack or V3xx?
