V80 in an awkward state

I tried to flash my v80 with the shoey preflex/flash file but I skipped a step. I didn't make a backup of the original v80 files either. now everytime I startup the v80 it jumps right into boot loader mode and it shows the i398 fw on it. any idea how I can flash it back to v80 status???
