Ok here's the scoop. I got a sync back in november when they launched. worked great, then all of a sudden, AIM stopped working. It gives an incorrect passworld message. then i place sim back in another phone, wow aim works, xbm swapped the phone. now aim still doesn't work and mobile has now stopped. as i try to open the program the screen just reverts back to the wallpaper. any clues?

Have you tried deleting all the AIM/mail info and starting over?

yup, and now my mobile email app wont even start. i called xbm, they are swapping it for full new kit. if this doesn't work i'm gonna be pissed.

well i got my new full kitted phone friday. mobile email works great, myspace mobile too. AIM still just won't work. I contacted AOL, everything is right on there end. Cingular says everything is right there too. so WTF?
