i think my sidekick 3 is stuck

when i put my battery on my sk3, it stays stuck on the meau logo sign, and just stays there.
can someone help me

Do a hard reset.

Which screen does it stay 'stuck' at? You can try a soft reset ( hold @+1+0 at the same time) or hard reset (taking out the battery while the phone is on). If neither of those work call T-mobile and see about getting the phone replaced.

i did the soft reset and a hard reset still get stuck, it stays on the meau logo sign, someone told me on another forum that to hold the w button and it say if you want to reboot it, but when i did that it shows now a red X, now everytime i turn it on, it'll show the red X with a sidekick 3 with stars above it. i dont think t-mobile is gonna do anything because i didnt buy the phone from them....

I wonder if this would work then:

Soft reset, then hold the letter R down. Keep holding it until you see 4 icons displayed. Let go after you see the 4 icons appear. The device should reboot itslef after you let go of the button.

Well looks like you are gonna have to call T-mo and see about getting a replacement.

t-mobile is not gonna do anything, cause i didnt buy the phone from them, so i guess its done for me.....

I have bought broken SK2 and SK3 From otherpeople and had not problem with warrent claims.

Call tmo ask to speak to Sidekick dept. Tell them the problems, all they need is the IMIE and SN number.
