WTS or WTT Blackjack-Good as new w/ extended

Hey, I have a Blackjack in good as new condition with original box. I detached the upc but still have it. I did not send for a rebate. It is in perfect condition and works great. I will include charger, additional travel charger, regular batter, extended battery and both covers. I also have the usb cable and disk.

As a bonus, I just ordered the additional extended battery from cingular and will send that to the buyer when it arrives in 2-3 weeks.

I am looking to trade for an HTC p4350 (herald) or will sell it for $315. On a trade I am willing to pay additionally as well as I would prefer this.

I have a herald. A couple of months old. Great condition...no scratches.
I'd be interested if you'd throw in some cash to make up the difference.
