I would love to have a phone that :
-has a camera >1mp (can record videos as well)
-watch videos and listen to music
-let me surf the web and check my mail
-play games
-download my own ringtones/wallpapers
-doesn't matter if it's a slip/slider/normal

I'm looking to buy it 2nd hand, <$180.

It's old, but the samsung D820 can do all of that, as can the KRZR (but I don't know how much it's going for used).

There's also the K750i

D820, it's basically the T809. So yeah, you could find one for $150 or less.

You can also check out the SE S710a...still one of the best 1.3 MP camera phones out there. And you can probably get it for $120 - $150.

Good advice guys, yeah I was looking at the SE k750i and the 710a as well. What are some good PDA's too, maybe one where I can view Word doc's, surf web (wi-fi) and use msn (phone too).

With the budget you gave, you're going to be limited a few choices. You might be able to get the Nokia 9300i. However, there is no camera on the 9300i because it is aimed for business consumers. There's also the HTC Tornado smartphone. You more than likely get one on your budget. Also, there's the 8125. I see it selling for $200 - $250 depending on condition. But sometimes you might be able to find a good deal somewhere, like RFD or something. Just always look around. You can also use the Phone Finder function on sites like Phonescoop or GSMarena for more choices.

Check out the LG M6100. It's all over Ebay for around $170.00 US. It has an MP3 player that you can use to set your own ringtones, has a 1.3 MP camera with zoom, and it's pretty stylish. Get the Black one though. The other colors are ugly.
