How do you download/upload MP 3's to the P800? I have a data cable and how do I use it? The data cable did not come with a disk...shouldn't an icon of the P800 appear on the screen?

How did you get the phone? You should have gotten it with the whole usb cradle and software.... Get the right software and it's easy copying files from pc to phone.

Or pick up a USB multi memory card reader for $40 and copy them straight from PC to Duo card. I think it may actually copy faster because even though the sync stand connects using a USB cable, it transfers a serial speeds.
