Hello, I have a Qtek 8020 Smartphone model. The problem with this cell phone is that two keys (number 2 and 3) plus the cursor (up and right directions) donīt work.
The technic that view the phone sais that this was a software issue, and since that I want to reset the phone.

A friend of mine has the same problem with this model, is very easy to donīt work this cursor.

Do you have the same problem?

In order to reset your phone back to factory defaults you must press AND hold the two softkeys (first buttons under screen). While holding those two buttons press slightly (less than a second) the power on/off button.
After that when you are asked to,press 0 and follow the commands you read on screen.
Please notice that:

1)you phone must be turned off before you try soft reset
2)you will lose all programms installed on Qtek by you
3)you must wait some minutes (maybe 5minutes) to complete the reset.
