V3xx Alarm Clock Not Working

Hi,

Has anybody had any issues with the alarm clock on the V3xx? The last two mornings I have set the alarm and it has not worked. For example one morning I set it for 5:30AM. I woke up around 6:00AM and looked at the phone and the small alarm icon was still on. I went to the alarm menu and the alarm was still set for 5:30AM. Is anyone else having any issues?

Works great for me. I have used this quite often.

Maybe you need to get more sleep so you are well rested enough to hear the alarm in the morning

Change the same 530am alarm to 2 minute into the furture of when you are reading this. Activate it...wait for it.

Can you hear it? If so then you are not hearing the alarm and you need a louder or check the volume on the particular alarm time

If it doesn't then try a Master Reset.

Is there any way to have a recurring alarm for every day, or do I need to go through the daily routine of enabling/disabling the alarm?

I wanted to know the same thing ,I might take mine back because of this , because I use my alarm all the time and I cant stand having to go everytime into the menue to enable the alarm everytime, any one know ? thanks in advance

Can you set a recurring appointment with an alarm and use that to be the alarm?

I have the same problem. It happens once to twice a week and it is really anoying. Everything is set as it should be, SW was updated as well but no luck. It still happens. Any idea? Anyone else with the same problem? And yes, I would hear the alarm!

I "bought" a V3xx last fall when AT&T had them for free for a week or so. The alarm failed to go off two or three times, so it went back right before the 30 day return period was up. Aside from making phone calls, the alarm is the only other thing I use my phone for, so not being able to rely it on it was kinda important to me.

I agree. Alarm is very important. Especially when you`re away from home. And sometimes it can be a disaster if you do not wake up! I love the classic style of V3 but that`s really the only great part of it. SW is very dissapointing, no classic sounds and ringtones from movies included and so on.

Still, if anyone knows the sollution, please tell it...
