Is there anyway to delete the pre-installed songs that were loaded on the V3XX?

AFAIK, not yet. The new P2k Commander doesn't write files on the new P2k05 firmware (which the V3xx and the MAXX V6 have), so you're stuck for now.

Um..... Yes it does. You can even pick the directory you want like a - b - and so on.

I even posted every file (minus Seems) from the V3xx Gold version I just sold.

Yes. Use P2k commander, find the files, then delete. That's how I got rid of of those pre-installed ringtones and wallpaper.

Not meaning to thread hijack but can you link to the p2k commander and if possible instructions on how to upload themes? I have tried searching the forums but I couldn't find the right post.
