If anyone can please tell me what kind of programs I need to backup and flash/flex my phone I would appreciate it (MultiFlashFlex, RSD Lite 2.7, FlashBackup, P2Kman, there are so many) Another thing I dont get about flashing\flexing is the firmware. Say I'd want to flash AND flex to the _latest_ firmware out there. Can I just flash/flex the latest file or do I have to install the older ones first and go step by step? so if RSD tells me this information about my phone:

Do I have to first flash 6DR, 6FR, 88R, 90R, 93R, 4BR in that order? I'm researching a lot on this stuff but Im getting kind of confused. At the end I would like to end up with the 90R. I think thats the one with the good battery life and record as much video as you want thing. Thank you

Hi, Take a look at my blog for more details at http://motorolav635modding.blogspot.com/ with some info and links to firmware for v635, with the details u provided, since you already have 88r then youre okay to flash to leukos 90r or other 90r or above, the incremental order is only if u had 24r on phone,
1 Get all software for modding phone, get all firmware for phone, get p2k drivers installed on pc, connect phone, install any other drivers required, use flash backup to make backup of pds, bootloader and mp on phone, after that u can use rsd lite to flash phone. (in a nutshell) read up on the stickies of flashing flexing phone and related info.
