S620 Speaker Not Working

So yesterday, all of the sudden, my speaker on my S620 stopped working. Even if I hold down the call key to make the speakerphone come on, I can't hear anything. Has anyone encountered this before?

It can happen and sometimes it can be fixed with a soft reset. Sometimes you might have to hard reset. If the problem persists, you might need to see if it is caused by a 3rd party program you may have loaded and if not and it persists, you might need to return the device as faulty.
