Video Podcasts Auto Download

Can anyone help me with this.
What I'm trying to setup is scheduling an automatic, daily Video Podcast download from here:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programm...ast/5331464.stm
then syncing (using Activesync) to a folder on the Storage Card on my Samsung i320 (WM5).
Ideally this would all be automated, so that when I plugged the i320 onto the USB data cable, some app would go and get the Video Podcast, download it and activesync it to the Storage card. All without me intervening.
Then I could watch said Vodcast (?) on my way to work.
Anyone know how to do this please? Cheers.
