I bought the Motorola SYN 1301 mini-usb headphones for my KRZR for music, but I can't get any sound through the headphones. I either have recieved a defective product, or I just don't know how to enable it.

I have a bluetooth headset and I was thinking that maybe this was interfering, but I turned it off. I don't see any settings for wired headsets. I thought it would be "plug and play" but it isn't. Any ideas?

Update: The headphones I bought were cheap knock-offs. I went to the Cingular store and bought the real Motorola OEM dual headset and it worked instantly.

When a price seems too good to be true, watch out!
