Hey I have a few questions, I've been reading forums extensively but I can't seem to find the answers.

1) How can I change the soft keys? (the left key and right key on the main screen)

2) How do I delete locked java games?? Also where are all the pictures/videos pre-loaded on the phone, I wanna get rid of them all.

3) Some flash menus have a little vibration when you navigate, is there a way to disable that?

1) You can't, they are set to "Calls" and "Menu" from SE, or the Menu may be "Internet" if a branded phone.

2) You need to use Phone XS and FAR, search on SE-NSE.net for directions.

3) Not that I know of.

One more question,

Are there any mods so that pictures taken with the camera will be automatically named by Date/Time instead of like DMC001.jpeg?

I believe the command to vibrate is contained within the .swf file itself, so you would need to alter that. It may be in the .thm, but I don't believe it is, you can check however by opening the .thm in WinRAR, then extracting the .xml file and looking in it. If you see a reference to vibrating remove it and put it back, that should do it. But I think it's in the .swf.

Locked java games can be deleted by either altering the customize.xml so that they are unlocked, then doing a settings reset to make it take hold, or alternatively using FAR manager to delete them from \tpa\preset\system\ams

As far as I know there is no alternate photo naming scheme available. It uses the standard digital camera naming scheme.

For the buttons, that's one thing im in the process of researching, but I have a feeling its hard-coded into the phone's firmware. We'll see!

yea...i was wondering about the soft keys as well, as mine and my wife's are different. her's says "Calls" and "Internet", mine says "Calls" and "Music". We bought them at the same time from the same provider (they are currently stock branded W810i's). the only difference between them is that her's is white and mine black.

Thanks for the answers. My white w810 also came with Calls and Internet, but I debranded and now it's Calls and Menu.

I checked the .xml files in a .thm but it doesn't contain any information about vibrating. Does anyone know what program to use to edit .swf and where I should look to remove the vibrating?
