v3xx incoming call issues

Has anyone else had this problem? It doesnt allow incoming calls 100 percent of the time. Sumtimes it will ring twice and then then a busy signal or it will just ring then stop and its silence. Is this a Phone defect or is it with the service?

sounds like the phone, mine does not do this.

replace the phone, had something similar and a replacement phone fixed the problem beautifully
