What new GOOD phones are coming out WITHOUT a camera?

I need to upgrade my TDMA phone. I want 3 things:- No camera
- sync PIM with Outlook
- great RF
Oh yeah, and cheap!
I would prefer NOT to get a PDA/Smartphone (unless its the only one that meets all the criteria - and is cheap!).
Is there anything new like this coming in the next 3-4 months?
