Hi,
I purchased a Siemens SK65 to replace my aging Nokia 6800. Everything seemed to be working fine with my new phone until I placed a call. It seems that my microphone isn't working properly on calls, I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me. This applies to both inbound and outbound calls. The microphone seems to be working fine when I use the sound recorder though. I talked to a person at a Rogers retail store and he was lead to believe it was because the phone doesn't support the 850 frequency. I called Rogers tech support and they don't believe that the lack of 850 frequency support should affect the phone this way and told me to contact Siemens tech support. I can't get a hold of Siemens for the life of me, their lines are always busy and they don't return my calls. I'm really stuck here and any help would be appriceated. Thanks in advance.
