Blackjack Calendar Alert Problem

Ok..this is driving me nuts. For some reason I will get a meeting reminder for every single event on my calendar at once.
I have to use the dismiss all function to get rid of them. I have tried wiping the bj that didn't work. I tried wiping all my calendar appointments in outlook that didnt work!
Any ideas?
