I Been doin some research on those phones and i'm deadset on buying them now and they shouldn't be too expensive cuz its been out for a while...so my question is:
Where in NYC Can i buy one of those phones?

The chances of you finding one locally is extremely slim. The phones weren't made for world wide distribution and the people who typically sold them were located in countries that actually sold the phone. Couple that with the fact that they've both been out for a while and you most likely won't find one.
Try google to see if you can find some cell shops in your area and give them a call. I know howardforums.com is in NY, but they don't sell the xcute's
