even with that daylight savings time software update my appointments were all off i tried soft resets and i had to go into and delete my events and make them again. good thing was alot of them are repetitive so it wasnt that bad for me. i tried doing it from the phone but the calendar was wrong but when i went in to edit the time was the same like it should be
then if i went into outlook to adjust it and re-sync that didnt work, so i ended up deleting the events and re-creating them b/c i was getting frustrated

did this happen to anyone else

so far the transition was smooth for me. i performed the windows update first, followed by the outlook patch and then the wm patch.

i cant get the patch to load onto mine.

Same thing happened to me. I had patched windows and my phone, but I didn't patch Outlook. So I patched Outlook and then patched my phone (this time with the msi instead of the cab) and it works fine now.

Maybe it is the Msi feature. I used the .cab on my TyTN and it didnt work.

I downloaded the windows patch and mobile patch but over looked the Outlook patch. After I applied the windows patch I made bunch of appointments. Then realized that I need to apply the Outlook patch. All hell broke loose. I just finished up manually updating all my appointments.

I am actually running WM6, so no patching was needed... there was a box to automatically update my phone time according to my provider. When I woke up, there was a pop up telling me that the time had been successfully updated! I'm also connected to an exchange server rather than my own Outlook so maybe that had something to do with it...

The worst part was the birthdays. Somehow all of mine went from all day events to 24 hour events going from 2300 the night before to 2300 the night of. And there wasn't a way to change the time on Outlook 2007. So I went through and deleted everyone's birthdays and then re-entered them (I would do it contact by contact so I didn't forget anyone's birthday). Then I screwed something up and had to do it again.

What can I say, I'm not that bright.
