Is it possible to update my phone if it is flashed?

i have a SE w810i.
i flashed it recently, but was looking to update the software, as i cannot send MMS messages anymore.
it requires some sort of setup, which i dont understand, as i was able to send them before i flashed it.
will updating my software remove the flash?
or potentially brick my phone?
please let me know.

You can update through SEUS but that won't help your MMS. Go to the sony ericsson website and go to support. than MMS and pick your carrier, and all that. It should send you a setup thing that will do all the internet settings for you
