8525 dialing during a call - issue

My wife's 8525 sometimes dials another person while she's on a call (putting the original caller on hold). Anyone else having this issue? What could she be doing wrong? Is there an easy way to prevent it?

This happens to me as well. The 8525 touch screen is very sensitive, and I sometimes hit it with my cheek when I am on a call. The only way I know to prevent it is to use my Bluetooth headset or to to be careful to hold the screen a little bit away from my face when I am holding the phone.
