I too am now a VICTIM of this {outfit}. I had bought items from Dennis Tam in the past. He seemed to deliver as promised.

For those that do not know, cnn.cn is always spoken off here in Howard Forums. They are a company that sells OEM parts. Although I cannot claim for certain that their parts are NOT OEM, others have posted that he sells knock offs.

My problem is that my last order was a big one for me. I bought a couple of Nokia 8800 parts from him. The complete black housing, extra midplate, 2 - 8801 antennaes. My total was $185 USD. The items shipped were not complete. He shorted me one midplate and the midplate for the complete black housing sent had silver battery cover release buttons. {What}?? As well, the black housing was not perfect and had some small spots where the stainless steel was showing through!

I contacted Dennis Tam and it took many emails from me to hear back from him. Dennis asked for my order number which I sent him and that was the last I heard from him. I have the whole email thread to prove this guy is a fraud. I will share it with whoever wants.

Suffice to say, I will call Visa tomorrow and let them know of the situation. I will fight this {crook}. I may lose this one, but atleast I want the whole board to know the character of this person and the company he represents.

If you call him directly and talk to him it will go much faster. he is a very understanding and honest guy. If things dont work, he offers a full refund or replacement. I have had conversations with him and everything was dealt with over the phone. Its faster to call him then email him.

Well, hes been good to deal with from my experience. I ordered two housings from CNN and paid for both. He could send me only one. He refunded me the money for the other.

Had no problem.

I've used cnn.cn about 20 times, and I have always recieved the products I orded and the shipping is a little faster then 7-10 days from Hong Kong. I agree, call him and settle with him. I understand this is making you upset because of the amount of the purchase. I have a purchase from him over $200 with out a snag.

Hope it all works out.
