Help!! L6 switches band automatically

Even though L6 is not a 850 Band, it works on Cingular or any other service provider after changing the band. I have been doing this for more than a year using SmartMoto (v 1.23). I have 2 L6 that after a day they switch back to 900Mhz/1800Mhz band.
Have idea why is this happening?

try a master reset
