8525 poor internet picture quality

I have a Cingular 8525 and ecently updated the rom to the new AT&T version and I have noticed that when browsing the internet, the picture quality is horrible. A lot of the pictures come up blurry and hard to see. Also When I try to save pictures, it will save it with very poor quality. The older version showed everything fine and the pictures were great. Is there any way to fix this in the settings or registry? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you aren'y accidentally using a Wap proxy? Sounds like downsampled pages to me.

yes because when i use the opera browser i get crystal clear pictures but i cant save them in opera so i know its something with internet explorer.
