Hi guys,

Bought a phone from someone online. Checked the serial number with TELUS, everything is clear. Only thing is I don't have the PIN (4 digit) or the security code (6 digit) and 1234 and 000000 don't work.

Any other way I can do a Master reset to get into the phone or do I have to go to my cell phone provider? are they going to charge me for it?
