i lost my sidekick 3 today and i suspended my account....my question is...can the person who took it from me use all the functions of it if they were to use a prepaid sim card? like internet and text???

This sounds awfully suspicious especially since you posted a message "friend found a sidekick" in the TMO forum.

If you actually lost it, why would you care if someone else could use it since you've already suspended your account?

because my friend said he can use the one he found and i didnt believe him so i was wondering if someone was to find my phone...if they can do the same....just using a different sim card
