What does the failed message say? There are many possibilities. Are you trying to sync more calendar items than your phone can handle? The message should hopefully give some indication of what type of failure it is.
I am using it with iSync 2.4 and my K550 and not getting any failure messages. |

EDIT: Searching the web a bit, I haven't yet found anything that says 2.x plugins won't work in 3.0. So if you are using Leopard, give it a try and see what happens. At the worst, it just won't work. As a side note, apparently in Leopard Apple removed all of the Bluetooth SMS & call functions from Address Book 4.1. |

Assuming you pair/paired from the computer, the setup wizard should give you a list of options to do with the phone. One of them should be iSync. Did that show up?
