Start up and shut down sounds for the Maxx V6

How does one change the Maxx V6's start up and shut down sounds.
I have looked around but I can not seem (pun intended) 
to find
information on where to get this info as well as changing the outer
LCD imagine while on a call, change text and lower case to upper
case on menus as well as designing skins, etc.
WOW, I don't ask for much do I? 
Maybe I need to buy a pair of glasses but I still can't seem to find
a modding thread on HoFo solely 'sticking' to the Maxx V6. Is it out
there or anyone have plans to start one up?
