flash themes & cool menu icons

why is that only some themes change the menu icons like city beat, and gsharp on the w610 and orbit on the w810. but orbit doesnt have the cool menu icons on another phone????
how can i GET them to work on my phone, i know there's the .thm and i've seen people talking about a .swf..... is the swf what changes the menu icons and makes them cool, or is that just for song info on walkman playback?
like how can i get orbit to work on my w610 like it does on the w810?
