I have already set up push mail service with mail2web.com on my 8525 but I notice sometime mail come to the phone 15 to 20 minutes late so I wonder if there are quicker push mail service and how is Cingular Xpress mail compare to mail2web.com?

How often does 8525 check and sync with push mail exchange?

Thanks

somethings wrong, it should be instant. 8525 keeps an http connection alive to the server and should update right away. In activesync on your device, click on menu->schedule, make sure you have "as items arrive" selected and soft reset.

If you still see the lag, try deleting and re-entering the server info on your device. When i first set up exchange i had the same issue, and deleting/re-entering fixed it.

It does sync instantly most of the time but sometime when I log on mail2web.com I do see emails that haven't arrive to my phone yet and doesn't arrive until 10+ minutes later.

I have already tried redoing the account setting and it seem the same to me.

I don't think it happening too often but maybe 1 out of every 10 emails it would be delayed so I wasn't sure if it was a exchange provider or if one is better than other or if exchange provider traffic can get so busy during peak time of the day and folks with free account emails are quened so paying customers get theirs sent first.

CBILL This seems to be a problem with mail2web. I know several people that have had the same problem with mail2web. I use 4smartphone.net. There is a 2 week trial then you pay for a yearly subscription. You might try the trial version of 4smartphone.net. There is also another service called 1and1.com. I think it is pretty good too.

Which plan will give me full access? I want to be able to set up my outlook at home, activesync on my phone and owa to sync seamlessly via exchange.

What about Cingular own Mail Xpress? Are they reliable?

The 4smartphone professional plan comes with Outlook for your desktop as well as Outlook web access.

I just want to be on the same page. I already have Outlook, but I want to add exchange server settings so that my calendar, contacts and email will all be in sync without me having to connect my phone to my PC.

I signed up with mail2web's personal plan, but I don't see any exchange server settings to configure in outlook.

Xpress Mail does provide you a fast push experience on both Exchange/Domino as well as from Yahoo etc. There are currently some reliability issues with Xpress Mail push under investigation, which should be resolved shortly.

Blackberry Connect is flawless.

I highly recommend http://www.exchangemymail.com/

$10 a month and it has everything. Heck you can even download a file that automatically imports your settings into Outlook..

Very friendly and live support..
