Any place online where I can purchase a BlackJack with 2 year contract without data?

Are there any online dealers that sell the Blackjack with a 2 year agreement that doesn't force you to purchase a data plan? I was planning on using the BJ with my other cingular account (because that one isn't currently upgradable and I need a new phone.)

Just purchase it from Cingular with the data plan. Then immediately call and cancel the data feature or log in to your account at cingular.com and remove it that way.
The data add-on feature is not tied to your rate plan contract.

Better yet, ask for a $100 off instantly for adding the data plan. One of the benefits on the business premiere site is "$100 off Samsung BlackJack with Unlimited Data Plan and $39.99 or higher Voice Plan*
Requires activation on the Unlimited Data Rate Plan plus any Cingular voice plan with a monthly access rate of $39.99 or higher with a 1 or 2 year agreement."
Call cingular.com phone sales and ask for this. Tell them you saw it on the premiere site. They may not give it to you, but you can ask (call a few times til you get someone who will.)

But seriously, the data add-on features can be added , removed, and changed at any time.

If you purchase from a 3rd party, or reseller (anywhere other than from a cingular corporate store, cingular.com or cingular sales.) then confirm that there is no requirement to keep the data plan. But I know Cingular itself doesn't require you to.

Also, you can get a mail in rebate for having the data plan. If it's cost effective, get the data plan for about a month until your rebate is shipped, then cancel it once you get notice that your rebate is going to be mailed.
