t39 IP address question

This has probably been asked before but the search still doesn't seem to be working. Sorry for asking again...but can somebody tell me why when i try to put in the IP address for WAP it won't let me? For my t68 my IP address is 205.151.11.11 (with fido of course) and i tried putting this in but its not letting me. Maybe cause the last 2 sections don't have 3 digits? i dunno, can someone suggests something?
