My sidekick clock has stopped!

The time on my Sidekick2 updates only every few hours. I've tried resetting the firmware, soft reseting, hard reseting, and pulling disconnecting the battery. It started on Saturday and is still messed up.
Has anyone else had this problem?

How do you pull the battery on an SK2? I thought it was built in and could not be taken out.

Take out the two T6 screws behind the screen and the four under the corner buttons. Remove the top and bottom bumpers. Pull case apart. Remove the three phillips screws from board. Lift up. Remove battery.

Ah.... sounds very complicated, glad they made the battery on the SK removable.
