Error Message S7109--Blackjack Can't Connect To E-mail

I am using a Samsung Blackjack on Cingular.
I haven’t been receiving e-mail for part of this morning & afternoon (and the problem occurs at other times too since I got the phone last week).
When I do a manual send/receive, WM5 is giving me Error Message S7109 “The network connection timed out. Please wait a few minutes and try again”
Anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same error yesterday morning, it stopped recieving email from Xpressmail. The other pop accounts were still working. I was going to do a clean reinstall anyway later so i went ahead and did it earlier than planned and when I reinstalled xpressmail and reregistered my phone it worked again. Is your problem thru xpressmail also?

Having the same problem all day today and I cannot even connect after a reinstall
