I plan to keep my BJ in my pocket so I dont want it to be too bulky and would like to minimize additional size and weight. One of the main reasons I chose the BJ is because it is smaller and thinner so it is more portable. Adding a giant cover completely negates that advantage. I'm just looking for something to protect against drops/nicks. I think the thin rubber/silicone/gel ones can provide adequete protection. The main difference I see is in the configuration of the cutouts. some cover up some controls, some do not, so I'd like to know if anyone around here have tried any of these and can provide some opinions on covers of that form.

Does the blackjack suffer from the same problem? I've seen covers that cover everything but I figure it would make it much harder to type. Especially the upper section with the ring and softkeys. ![]() I think this one would ruin the look of the phone. If I just used no case, I wonder how long the keyboard would last before the letters got rubbed off. If it can last a year for example, I'd rather just use no case. Then at least I'd get a year out of it while it still looks good rather than ruin the look of it now. Maybe I can get a plastic flip cover or something for the phone. That would protect the keyboard without having to put on a bulky leather/silicon/etc cover. |

I didnt like the pouch idea because I want to beable to whip out the phone with one hand very quickily rather than fumble around with opening a pouch and pulling it out. Like if I'm driving and I need to pull the phone out of my pocket to answer the phone. Do you ever have this problem pulling out the phone while using the pouch? |
