I plug up my Razr V3 to my computer and open up RSD Lite 2.7 and i am shown the following:

S Flash Neptune LTE

Device Properties:
ESN: N / A
Technology: N / A
Software Version: R374_G_0E.40.30I_GNPO_11_RFDI
Flex Version: GMMV3xx000AA019_GNPO
Bootloader Version: v0x0007D0
DRM Version: N / A
Phone Type: Production (2AA0081013190716B50400000000)

Is there a way to repair this phone with Mrbuckets Unbrick Kit?
Everytime i try to flash the RFDI Image i get this error:
"ERROR: Incompatible superfile for Subscriber Unit state."

so i am at a lost as to what to do now
any help is appreciated

why not flash a normal MP instead of rfdi image?

if you have backup of your phone's firmware, you can restore it using flashbackup.

Attempting to restore your backup to a V3 is very dangerous; most PC USB connections do interact with FB for restoring the backup. Many mnay people brick V3s attempting to restore their phone backups with FB. I have bricked my V3 four times using FB to 'resore' the backup from the phone. It is better to use your backup to create your own MP the flash it to the phone. There are guides in the forums for creating flashes with your own backup.

well ive used FB to try and flash an mp, when i use FB it hangs at the extraction process. When i use RSD it goes through the whole process and then hangs at rebooting phone, apparently my phone cant reboot on its own, dunno why, says to please reboot the phone manually, so i do, and still i get nothing.

got an l7c with similar problem it wont reboot and when i do it manualy it get stuck in a reboot loop wondering what can be done it wont recognize my phone as anything but n/a
maybe if there is a way to change the driver that the phone is using manualy to fool rsd i dunno its driving me crazy trying to fix mine lol gl let me know if you fix the problem
