I am currently using a Blackjack which I use for music very often. I just picked up a stereo bluetooth headset which works great.......except the fact that it makes my OS really really slow. I is really slow when just navigating the phones menus or just replying to text. Is this something that can be fixed or do I just have to suck it up?

search for mobileconfig and increase the memory settings. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Straylight, could you be so kind as to elaborate? mobileconfig? is this a menu option or a program on the Blackjack? And how should we alter the memory settings to improve the performance?

have you been using your blackjack to surf the web alot? if so you could have alot of internet files stored on your phone that you do not need.

Bluetooth Stereo Profile or A2DP has always been a CPU intensive task on most WM phones. It's to the point that you can't watch video with it on. The 220MHz processor inside BJ won't help much. The mobileconfigure is just a uesless program that compiles a list of so-called registry tweaks widely published for various WM5 platforms. Most have been proven not that useful. Been there, done that a year ago.

Cleanup memory or storage won't help either. It is cpu-bound, not memory-bound. Until someone makes a hardware chipset to support A2DP entirely in hardware, we have to live with it.
