Not getting Voicemail notification on Blackjack

If someone leaves a voicemail when my Blackjack is powered off (say 6am), I do not get the voicemail notification when I turn on my phone (say 8am). Not even 2 hours later. Not even a visual prompt.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you sure you don't have a voice mail icon on top of the screen? There is no prompt for WM Smartphone.

Yep. No voicemail icon at the top of the screen (prompt is what I meant for the icon). This occurs only when my phone is off and someone leaves a voicemail. Someone else at my office also has a BJ and he gets the same thing.

Called CS and I was told to manually re-register my device (#002# + Send).
This seemed to do the trick.
