Just received the Panasonic GD88 from Hong Kong and currently using it on Cingular. I've subscribed to Wireless Internet (not Express) and now I'm not able to log on. When I click on "Start Browser", it gives me a message "URL Input Error". Are there any settings that I need to change before I can log on? Appreciate all help!

ok here is what u need to do. go to cingular.com. at the bottom there should be a link for "application developers program". go there and sign up. its free by the way. after that go to the wap forums and you will see one that says "gd88". in that forum i gave all the specs and helped another gd88 user with the same exact problem. any other questions feel free to email me or pm me. also these settings are for wireless internet express. i dont know if its different for yours, but i suggest getting the express as the regular one takes away froim your minutes. i can help you with setting up the regular one if there is any problems.

Monkeesnbananaz, thanks for the info! Went to the site and found exactly what I needed. Now it's up and running.

Didn't upgrade to Express since I hate the idea of being charged by the amount of data transfered. I have unlimited night and weekend minutes, so I think the non-Express will be better for me. Thanks again for the information.
