I wanted to save pictures from my emails to the memory, and my friend told that she downloaded "picture trasnfer" for her sk3. I went into applciations and where i can download stuff, but its not there..and i bhought the sk3 too...shes had her like a year now, and i just bhought mine..so maybe thats the difference? How would i get that to work?

wait for the software update; the update will let you save pictures attached to your email messages onto your sidekick for free.

yea..i talked to tmobile today about that so called "update" she was saying that yea there is one, but since I got my sk3 few weeks ago I wouldnt need it? Then she started saying that dont do it..I dunno i kinda felt she didnt know what I was really saying..o well..

The update will make that feature free to everyone so they took it off the catalog. No purpose in buying it now.

Will those who own it be credited. Especially if they purchased within the last couple weeks....

You'll definitely want to take that up with a local T-Mobile Store Rep. I'm sure they don't have a nationwide plan for handling this issue.

Who knowsss how long it will take for that update to arrive..i want this to work now..not in the next 6-12 months!

when i got my sidekick last friday i was told the update will arrive in a week well today marks a week and still nothing.........

Updates started arriving this week, but they go out randomly so no telling when you will get it.

Nope. Think of it this way - You paid to transfer your pictures over, now the option is free.

You already used it (most likely) and you shouldnt get a credit.

Although T-mobile *usually* refunds purchases within a 24 hour period, this is a new free feature. It was only 1.99.

You can talk and talk to a manager, but that would be about pointless.

I bought it Augest 12th, should I get a refund? Nope.
