Help With Some Rizr Z3 Seem Edits...

I just picked up the T-Mobile Z3 yesterday and I am not a complete noob at seem editing, but I am having trouble with edits for this phone. I know there isn't much software that you can use with this phone and most of the edits have to be done by hand and not just checking a box and restarting the phone( Like I did with alot of mods on the V3t). I also read that alot of the KRZR edits works with this phone. Well I have tried some and it doesn't seem to take them. The two features I really would like to get on this phone is the option for Email, and to get the Sync feature unlocked. I'm sure doing these edits would also require editing of the menu file, which I have not done at all. So if anyone could maybe help me out with this or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!
