I have a new Verizon Motorola White KRZR K1M.
I ran the seem edits, I can see it in MPT with the multimedia ICON.
For all intents and purposes, I can access the phone, except the file system.
From what I've been reading, Verizon has blocked the ability to copy over Ringtones via MPT, so I've read quite a few folks are using BITPIM and P2kCommander to copy over thier custome ringtones.
I'm getting as far as it being connected, but I don't see the file system it either Bitpim or p2k Commander, am I missing a seem edit?
Thanks in advanced.

Ok, looks like it was a com port setting and now I get the file system to show up.
I delete both the "verizon" ringtone files but when I use P2k commander to try and copy over a midi rington, I get a an error like it still blocking me. When I try using the multimedia studie file transfer in MPT, it says it copies, but when I look there is nothing added to ring tone folder and it copys it to "audio".
I'm reading that people are able to do this but is the Verizon Krzr K1m blocked from adding your own ringtones??? help!

Have you tried to change a ringtone ...either for voice calls or a contacts personal ringer....when you try and change them a list of all the ringers in the audio folder should show up, including the ones from MPT....

I just tried to set a ringtone for a specific contact and it did work there either
