My damn Dash screen broke tonight, I have no idea how, it was in my pocket all night and between the time I last remembered looking at it while it wasn't broken and the time when I realized it was, I have no clue how it cold have broke.....I was just sitting/standing around. The phone is also FLAWLESS...I've had a screen "protector" and a silicone case on it since I got it, no a scratch, ding, etc anywhere on phone, screen or keypad.

Anyways....phone is about 3 months old and I have no insurance plan for it. I bought it at COMPUSA and I probably can't just go in there and exchange it....so someone was saying to try to exchange it through T-Mobile?

How would I do this? Hopefully I don't have to drop $350 for a new phone.

-Thanks

just call customer service from a land line. they will let you exchange the phone but they will also charge you about $110 because it is physical damage.

crap. one of my buddies who also has Tmobile but has a new sidekick says that if you just call them up and just act really pissed off and whatnot, they will give you a free exchange phone...hes on his third sidekick. it takes like 45 minutes, you get transfered from person to person, but it works. he told me to tell them that im just going to pay 200 bucks to cancel my contract early so i can sign up with another company to get a new phone for free.
