Sidekick is crapping out?

My sidekick recently restarts by itself every 20 mins and loses everything (contact, texts, emails, ringtones, etc.) then reloads it after getting a G symbol. then after another 20 mins, it does the same thing again. any suggestions why?

Had this too with mine. Had to send it back. Love SK warrenty.
