What happens when you turn the phone off and turn it back on?

Thanks for the reply. Nothing...when I turn on the phone back on, it has the same message. I guess it's back to the Verizon store with it.

I used to have the Audiovox CDM8910 (technically, the PN215 is the next gen 8910)

After I dropped it on concrete it said that. I power cycled it (power off and then on) about 15 times until it worked again. I turned it off the next night and the next morning I turned it back on and it said the message again. So I took the phone apart, cleaned it, checked for broken parts, and put it back together. Worked fine after that.

I'd just exchange it at the store though.

Thanks for the update on this issue. The guy at the store just ordered another phone. Never even gave it a second look...lol.
